HIS OWN

Dora laughed and said ”I can believe you said all that, to the richest man in San-pedro ”.

Dora Miller, Laura met her in university where they both became friends. Dora studied management and later became assistant manager in iris hotel. One of the biggest hotels in San-pedro, and since her friend kept on getting fired from all her job she got her a shifting work in the hotel as a night auditor.

Laura hissed ”tch, tch… not like i care anyway he was so rude and he sure knows how to get on my nerves ”

They were silent for a bit before dora asked suddenly

”I heard hes good-looking. Bet you were drooling all over him ”

Laura looked at her and felt displeased,then said to her

”You can check that yourself dora ” Before dora could ask her where she continue ”on tv ”

”Get back to your office dora, I can see the manager from afar, and I guess hes coming our way ”

Then dora smack the receptionist desk

”Don you ever finish a gossip? You are so boring laura. Well I hope I get to see him oneday. Say hi to the manager for me darling ” she said already on her way to her office leaving laura to the manager. The man was wearing a black suit accompanying it with an angry look. Shaking his bald head and finally walked up to laura

”Mr will… Just asked of you from dora ”

”you are late again ” he said ignoring her statement

Laura smiled sweetly to the manager who returned with a frown on his face.

”My wife liked the cookies you brought the last time ”Mr will said to her with a smile and the frown on his face disappeared ”Can you always make some for the hotel? like anytime theres going to be a meeting? ”

”Sure! let me know when sir ”

”Aiit…. Don come late tomorrow. Your friend might not talk because you guys are close but I will ” the manager said and left

She rolled her eyes and mock him ” Yet you still want my cookies after those talk…. What a man his wife got married to ”

Bryan got home quite early and glanced around. He saw his dinner on the dinning table went up to his room to take a shower. He was use to being alone in which before he comes home the servant would have gone to their quarters. Bryan was in the middle of his meal when giana came in,scraping the chair against his tiled floor to take a seat . He looked up away from his meal and stare back at his sister, ”Can you do things without making noise? And what are you doing in my apartment instead of yours? ”

Gina sigh ”Didn know I wasn allow to say hi to my brother anymore? ” she continue before he could interrupt ”Your house look totally silent like a graveyard.. Its time for you to get married ” He did not answer her, and went back to his meal.

”I met Leo today, and he told me Lilian is coming back ”that made him dropped his spoon and said to himself Lilian again he turned and said to her

”Then you must have learnt about my response too. If you are done interrogating me get back to your apartment ” she ignored him and put her head on his shoulder

”Since you are avoiding lilian discussion then i will let it be on one condition….Take me out for dinner tomorrow ”

Bryan took her head away from him and clean his mouth with the napkin before saying to her ”Go with leo i am busy ”

” But I want to go with you ” she complained.

”Then wait for my call next week. Goodnight ” he said and left the dinning to his study

Giana eventually left after she had dinner that was cooked for him and drove down to her apartment in the estate.
