Chapter 7

 

Alexa, who was brought by Visten, was the main character.
He leaned back and coughed. 

 

‘I think this seems to be a bit unreasonable.’

 

Still, his opinion that Alexa should leave the castle before the Grand Duke and his wife return didn’t change.
The people inside the Grand Duke’s castle could be killed if they make a mistake.
They will have to suffer for while after the Grand Duke and his wife bite them with their sharp teeth. 

 

Visten stared at the little girl who was squatting down and playing with the puppy.
With her dressed like that, she looked like a pretty noble Young Lady.
Her round and sparkling eyes were  cute.
Furthermore…. 

 

“Oh, pee! I told you not to pee just wherever! No!! Didn’t noona tell you already! 

 

 

She has such a firm personality.
In fact, she was perfect to take care of the brutal Ysildus.
Visten and the other servants burst into laughter as they watched Alexa waving her fingers with her hands on her waist.

Alexa ran into Terrun while snooping around the kitchen with Ysildus.
It was because she couldn’t sleep because Ysildus’ stomach was growling even though he had eaten a lot of dinner.
Alexa was startled when someone tapped her while looking around at the kitchen.

Startled, Alexa had wide eyes and backed away. 

 

“……..What is this,” Terrun mumbled in a cracked voice. 

 

It has actually not been a long time since he had gone through transformation (from wolf to human) so he doesn’t usually talk, but the words came out involuntarily thanks to his surprise. 

 

 

“Arf! Grrrrrr! Arf!”

 

After Terrun had checked that it was Ysildus, he let out a sigh. So it was  Ysildus and his  famous human caretaker. 

 

Visten was having a headache because of Alexa ad Ysildus, and Terrun knew it very well.
He knew that Visten was also checking if Alexa had even a slight ounce of wolf blood.
That being said, Visten quite liked Alexa. 

 

She looked like an ordinary girl at one glance.
Of course, she was great at taming Ysildus.

Alexa bowed at him awkwardly.
Terrun was around 14 or 15 years old by this time.
She remembers his name because he had a close relationship with the heroine.

Watching the puppy raise its front paws rebelliously, Alexa put her hands on her waist and said with a stern expression, “I said no! When I said no then don’t do it!”

 

In the past, it was said that you have to shout ‘no!’ to the dog and he was always wondering why.

“Arf! Arf!”

 

The puppy moved back and forth between Alexa, showing that he was upset while baring his teeth towards Terrun. 

 

“Grooooowl!”

 

It seems that the puppy was unfamiliar with Terrun as he barks at him differently.
Alexa sighed and hugged the puppy. 

 

“Ugh.
Naughty puppy! Very bad!”

 

When Alexa slapped the puppy’s mouth, it whined at her and clung to her.
Only after Alexa spoke to the puppy that Terrun, who was watching on the sidelines in wonder, came back to his senses. 

 

“Terrun, would you like to eat together?”

 

“….”

 

“I’m good at making egg fried rice.
This noona will gladly make it for you.”

 

Terrun looked at Alexa and Ysildus worriedly.
By the way, egg fried rice was his favorite.
Still, eating with a stranger is a bit…. 

 

“I’ll add meat to the fried rice.
Do you want to? This noona will make it delicious.”

Suppressing the whining Ysildus as if he hated that, Alexa opened the door to the kitchen.

Alexa noticed that Terrun had started eating the fried rice, so she took out goat milk and chicken breast and placed it on the counter.

 

“Kiiing!”

 

“Sit down! Wait!” Alexa said sternly as she watched the puppy raise its paws as if asking her why she had given Terrun but not him. 

 

Alexa spoke once more to the puppy, who slowly dragged its ass back and sulked, “You have to wait!”

 

“Kiing…”

 

Is he saying ‘I’m being too much’? 

 

Alexa glanced at the puppy sitting quietly, then added water to the pot.
She would be boiling some of the chicken breasts to eat today, and the rest would be smoked with goat milk. 

 

“Yawn…”

 

Ugh, what am I doing at this hour?

 

Alexa yawned and started cooking.

 

“Uh…”

 

Then, Terrun called Alexa.

 

“Yes?”

 

“Rice ….”

 

Terrun’s eyes were looking at the empty bowl, drooping sadly. 

 

“It’s not enough? Do you want more?”

 

Terrun nodded his head vigorously as if his head would break from his neck. 

 

“Is it delicious?”

 

“…..Hmm.”

 

“I’m glad.
Is this enough?”

 

Alexa scooped out a spoonful.
Terrun looked at Alexa with very pitiful eyes.

 

“Well then, how much more?”

 

This isn’t it? Terrun looked at her with more pitiful eyes.
It seems like he was telling her can you not see that this isn’t enough when my shoulders are drooping like this? Alexa scooped out two more spoons. 

 

“How about this much?”

 

Terrun looks at his bowl silently.

 

“Then, all of this?”

After Alexa put all of the fried rice on his bowl, he smiled brightly and nodded his head. My goodness, is it because he’s still growing up? Alexa clicked her tongue when she sees Terrun happily eating like a sheep more than an adult. 

 

“Arf!”

 

“Ouch! You naughty puppy!”

 

The puppy, who didn’t want Alexa to feed Terrun, bit Alexa’s heel.
Alexa widened her eyes.

 

“Didn’t I already scold you!”

 

“Arf! Arf!”

 

Alexa sighed as she watched the dog protesting that he’s hungry too. No, I’m not even your housekeeper to feed you! 

 

“If you keep doing that, I’ll be upset too!” 

 

Alexa hmphed and turned her head, so the puppy ran to her and clung to her leg. 

 

“Arf! Arrff!”

 

Alexa opened her eyes and glanced down, barely holding back her chapped lips. No, what I am gonna do if you look at me cutely like that… it weakens a human’s heart. 

 

“Boil, boil.” 

 

Alexa checked the chicken breasts boiling in the pot.
First of all, it looks like it’s overcooked….
After rinsing the boiling chicken breast in cold water, she solemnly put my hand on my waist.

 

“Sit down!”

 

Where did the good dog go and become a naughty one? The puppy whined and sat on his  buttocks seeing the chicken breast on Alexa’s hand.
His pink nose fluttered and his eyes twinkled – as if he knew that it was for him.
Alexa squatted down at the puppy’s eye level. 

 

“Wait.
That’s right… noona will put it here.
No! Don’t eat it! Wait!”

 

“Kiiing…”

 

“Come on! I told you that if you keep doing this, you won’t be a good dog!” 

 

Alexa raised her index finger and gave him a  stern warning.
She slowly counted 30 seconds to herself. 1, 2, 3…. 

 

There was someone who was watching Terrun and the puppy who was with Alexa in the kitchen, but neither of them noticed. 

 

Visten came to the kitchen after confirming that Terrun wasn’t in his room.
This wasn’t embarrassing as Terrun usually came to the kitchen in the middle of the night because he was hungry.
What was embarrassing for Visten was the appearance of Ysildus and Terrun.
Two boys of the same age are very wary of each other and don’t stand by anyone…. 

 

‘What the hell is that girl……’

 

She was just a cute 15-year-old waving her finger.
How did she tame those two wolves?
