Part 0: Beginning of the End.

Arc 1: The New Reapers.

(Inside the mess hall, Carter chases after the man who saw the Centipede coming out of his back.)

Carter: (Chasing after the man.) SLOW DOWN, YOU STUBBORN BASTARD!!! (He tackles the man to the ground.) Slow down!!!

Centy: (Speaking to Carter telepathically.) Are we going to eat him?

Carter: WERE NOT GOING TO EAT HIM!!! Now listen, you
e not going to tell ANYONE about this!!!

The man: (Nervously nodding his head.) Exactement!!!

Carter: Ah great… you don speak English and I don understand French. Uhh… Ne le dis à personne?

The man: I understand English, jackass!

Carter: Oh… well then whats you name?

Louis Martin: (He has short, neatly combed blonde hair and light blue eyes. He wears the same uniform as all the other Reapers, but with the addition of a black neckerchief and white gloves. He has a rather fit build, with thin arms and legs and he stands at 511ft (180cm) tall and he looks around the age of 19.) Louis Claude Martin, now please get off of me, people might start… saying things!

Carter: (He gets up and helps Louis to stand up.) Listen here, I am a very strange man. And you will not speak a word about just how strange I am. Hear me?

Louis: Loud… and clear!

Carter: (He pats Louis on the shoulder.) Good. Real good.

(Meanwhile.)

(Kane and Able are driving down the forest towards the small town just south of the Reaper Training Grounds.)

Kane: (Driving the car.) Ill tell, Able. This is a strange life of ours, I think I may be getting a bit too old for it.

Able: (He looks at Kane from the passengers seat.) Kane… you
e 19. You still burst out in tears when you see Ronald McDonald in the parking lot.

Kane: HES TALL, alright!!! And have you seen his face? That thing looks like it will stab you in a back alley, steal your kidney, and sleep with your wife! And besides it makes far more sense than the fear of Rejection!

Able: She said shed think about it!!!

Kane: She probably did… and she probably said ”no. ”

Able: She… came back to me a week later and said ”okay. ” We never talked again after that. So its more of a fear of not having a straight answer!

Kane: Sure…

Able: (Kane suddenly hits the brakes and he hits his face against the glove compartment.) Oh my sexy face!!!

Kane: (He starts getting out of the car.) Theres a log in the road.

Able: (Holding onto his head while he gets out of the car.) And you had to break so suddenly?

(They make their way over to the tree log and start lifting it up.)

Kane: (He lifts the log up with Able.) Come on, lift with your knees!!!

Able: I am lifting with my knees, dumbass!!! (They throw the log off to the side of the road and when they turn around, the cars engine turns on and the lights starts to flicker, they both just stand there looking at it.) Kane… whos driving your car?

Kane: (He takes out the keys to the car from his jacket pocket and hangs it from his hand.) What the shit? (The car starts driving towards both of them, they manage to jump out of the way and look on at the speeding car.) Hey!!! Get back here with my car, you… you midget that hot-wired it!!!

Able: Its only a kilometre to town, if we
e fast enough we can try to find it in there!

Kane: (He starts running towards town.) Well then what are you waiting for?!

Able: (He starts slowly standing up.) *Under his breath* Him and that damn car…

(Back at the Reaper Training Grounds, Sam comes out of the bathroom and walks out of the mess hall, he accidentally bumps into a girl.)

Sam: Oh sorry…

(Sam sees that the girl is shorter than him, as she only stands at 49ft (145cm) tall. A look of superiority falls on his face.)

The girl: (She has long black hair, with pearl white eyes. She has a rather small build, but not from malnourishment like Sam had, rather she is just naturally built like that. She is wearing a closed black leather jacket over a dark blue shirt, complimented with black jeans and heels that make her a slight bit taller. She is 18 years old.) What…?

Sam: Short sta-…

The girl: (She punches Sam in the gut, as he falls to the ground she walks away from him.) You

Sam: *Out of breath* Noted.

(Sam lies on the ground for a couple of minutes, before Louis finally approaches him.)

Louis: (He looks at Sam on the ground.) You okay there?

Sam: Yeah… I just got my wind punched out by that Bark Scorpion over there, small size, deadly sting.

Louis: Oh Origami huh? Heard she isn the nicest.

Sam: (Louis starts helping him up.) Trust me; she isn .

Sam: Got here a bit later than the rest it seems.

Louis: Well thats strange.

Sam: This whole damn place is strange.

Louis: Well, try not to get yourself punched in the gut again, okay?

Sam: Ill try not to.

(Meanwhile.)

(Erik is walking around the Reaper Training Grounds, when suddenly he hears someone give out a very loud yell of sheer anguish, he runs inside to see whats going on and he sees a man sitting at a desk resting his head on his arms, next to a book.)

Erik: What the hell happened here, man?

Leon Adonis: *Shouting* Waar die hell is ek?! Hier is net a klomp mense… EN NIEMAND PRAAT AFRIKAANS NIE!!! Ek moes vir my ma geluister het toe sy gese het om Engels the leer… ooh Leon Adonis jou domgat you moes geluister het!!!

Erik: (He raises his finger, but just as quickly lowers it and walks out of the building with confusion on his face. He closes the door behind him.) Never mind.

(Isabel is still sitting at the table, waiting for the day to go by. When she sees someone being pushed against a wall, she stands up and walks towards them.)

Isabel: What are you two doing?

Stranger #1: (He is pushing the other person against the wall.) This son of a bitch owes me money!

Stranger #2: I am not in debt to you in any form. I have hardly even known you for the past 18 hours, whats more, I don remember boosting your authoritarian ego in any way. You were probably the type to have medium-level grades in school, but because you were so scummy the teachers reduced it most likely! Because I don know if this is fact or fiction is even more proof that I am not in debt to you.

Stranger #1: (He looks to Isabel.) Is that a threat, an insult, or a compliment?

(Isabel just shrugs at the Stranger.)

Stranger #1: (He lets go of him and walks away.) Im just-… Im just gonna let you go.

Isabel: (She helps the other Stranger clean the dust off of his Reaper Uniform.) You okay?

Kelly Dine: (He has straight brown hair, with green eyes and freckles on his face. He stands at 55ft tall and his body is rather small with short arms and thin shoulders. His age appears to be around 16 to 17 years old.) Yes, Im fine. He was just…

Isabel: Idiotic?

Kelly: Exactly.

(Back to Kane and Ables perspective, they finally arrive to the entrance of the town ”Karitori Chiku. ” They are both out of breath and hold onto their knees.)

Kane: *Breathing heavily.* Lets split up, we can cover more ground. If you find the midget that hot-wired Stella… strangle them!!!

(Kane runs into town, not even thinking of formulating a plan.)

Able: (He reaches out to Kane.) Hey, Kane, Wait!!! And hes gone… (He starts walking into town.) I just came for stuff for the barbeque.

(They both walk through the bustling town consisting of shops and residential homes, with a clock tower looming over it all. The town is reminiscent of small American towns during the 1950s, The town is situated next to a beach, past the forest. Local legends say the forest is even haunted by the spirit of a young girl who hanged herself when her love died during a monster hunt, she resented the Reapers who sent him to fight the monster and since then her spirit is said to haunt any Reaper brave enough to wander off the path.)

(Kane checks the residential area for his car, every street, under every tree, making sure nothing is left untouched. But yet he finds absolutely nothing. He walks up to a girl and grabs her by the shoulder, she looks at him in shock.)

Kane: Did you see a black 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 drive through here?

The girl: I… think I saw it drive to the forest. Just follow the closed off dirt path…

Kane: THANK YOU OH SO MUCH!!! Ill repay you, in ANY way you want.

The Girl: No thanks… Im good.

(Meanwhile, in the shopping market. Able is walking around with a bag in his one hand and a burger in another.)

Able: (Biting into the burger.) This is some good shit!

(As he walks through the market, he notices a man with a hood over his head. The only visible part of him, is a strand of his white hair, but he reminds Able of someone… something. He walks up to the man from behind, but the crowd only gets denser and denser. Just as he takes off his hood, Able loses him among the crowd of people, the only glimpse he could get of him was his long white hair. He breaks free from the crowd, but the man is nowhere to be seen.)

Kane: (He walks up to Able from behind and taps him on the shoulder) Whats the matter? You look like you saw a ghost.

Able: I… think I just saw Sephiroth.

Kane: Sephiroth?

Able: You know… Final Fantasy 7?

Kane: I know who Sephiroth is! What do you mean you SAW him?

Able: You know what, never mind. Lets just go find your damn car!
