I try to look for their separate meaning; 恩(en); favor; grace; kindness.  It’s not much different from 德(de); virtue; goodness; morality; ethics; kindness; favor; character; kind.
As for 大(da); big; huge; large; major; great; wide; deep; older (than); oldest; eldest; greatly; very much; (dialect) father; father’s elder or younger brother. I seemed to had include about this on footnotes in the previous chapter?? (◎_◎;)   And for 无以为报(wu yi wei bao);  unable to return the favor.
So, the phrase above is what we’ve got.
