Prince Matthew Osas walked closer to her and she took two steps backwards. He sighed and took his seat on the same couch she had stood up from and he said to her, ”Come sit. ”

Princess Tata Edwards stared at him meeting his intent gaze on her again and she shook her head rejecting his proposal as she didn want to seat closer to him.

”Whats wrong my dear, do you know am the crown prince of this land?. Oh I forgot I hadn properly introduced myself to you, ” Prince Matthew Osas said and Princess Tata Edwards raised her head up again to meet his gaze. Her beautiful long eyelashes blinked at him and he said, ”Come sit, I don bite. ”

Princess Tata Edwards looked at him and finally came to seat beside him, sitting at the far end at his right on the couch. Prince Matthew Osas smiled to her as he saw her acting scared of him. He spoked to her, ”I really like you, though it may seem somehow to you as we just meet, but I will believe the gods actually sent you to me as am in need of a wife. ”

Princess Tata Edwards kept mute not understanding him. She has actually ran away from her presumed marriage with her older brother and cousin brother whom wanted her. And now he was saying something similar she wanted to stand and shift away from him as she didn like the way his eyes stared lustfully at her like he wanted to eat her.

Seeing he was making the beautiful girl uncomfortable with his choice of words, Prince Matthew Osas sighed and said, ”Actually, I mean I like you and will want to know you better. ”

Princess Tata Edwards heave a sigh of relief, and sat back properly on the couch, while Prince Matthew stood up and went to pour a glass of cold water, serving it from the double door fridge in the study room as he was feeling hot, too hot and he needed it to cool down to get to know the beauty better.

He turned to face her and asked her, ”Do you want some water?. ” Princess Tata Edwards shook her head and he came back to seat beside her.

”Well it already getting late, I think I will introduce you to my mother and brother tomorrow, ” he told her and she nodded not wanting to stare at his face. But Prince Matthew Osas asked her, ”Why are you always preferred looking downward, am I that ugly to you?. ”

Princess Tata Edwards finally raised her head up to meet his gaze and she shook her head, he spoked next, ”And you also hardly talk, why?. ”

Princess Tata smiled and looked away from him, looking at the double door fridge in front of her.

”Say something please. You know you have a beautiful voice and I seem to like it, ” Prince Matthew Osas said to her and she turned to face him.

Princess Tata Edwards shook her head again not knowing what to say to him, and Prince Matthew smiled and kept the glass cup in his hand on the small table then he stood up.

”It okay if you don want to say anything. Come with me let me show you to your room, ” Prince Matthew Osas told her as he walked to the door leaving her behind. ”But am here to work as a maid, ” Princess Tata Edwards said to him and he paused.

”I know, but that doesn mean I should treat you less. Come!, ” He commanded her this time opening the study room door to leave and Princess Tata stood up and followed him from behind, out of the study room as he waited for her.

As they both stepped out, Simon bowed his head lower in a respective manner while Timothy came to meet him. He saw the prince already leaving the study room and he said, ”My prince. ” Prince Matthew Osas stopped and stared at Timothy, while Princess Tata Edwards looked downward as she stood behind him. Prince Matthew questioned, ”Yes, what is it Timothy?. ”

”Forgive me my prince, but Prince Henry request to see you in the meeting room, ” Timothy delivered the message sent to him.

”Tell him its late, I will see him tomorrow, ” Prince Matthew Osas replied and turned to leave but Timothy stopped him again, ”But my prince, he said it serious and on urgent matters. ”

”Timothy!, ” Prince Matthew thundered and Princess Tata Edwards stiffened having heard his commanding voice for the first time. He calmed and dismissed Timothy, ”Deliver my message to him. He can wait or solve matters by himself.. Lets go, ” Prince Matthew told Princess Tata Edwards, and she followed him from behind as he walked away going back to the royal buildings thru the corridor and passage linking the two buildings on the third floor.

Timothy turned to stare at Simon, but Simon quickly walked passed him and followed Prince Matthew and the strange beautiful woman from behind.

Timothy shook his head and went back to inform Prince Henry Osas whom was waiting for him downstairs on the second floor where the meeting room was located. Reaching there Prince Henry Osas questioned him, ”Is he coming?. ”

”Forgive me my prince, but he said the matters can wait till tomorrow. ”

”Why?, ” Prince Henry Osas asked as his eyes narrowed at Timothy.

Timothy contemplated if to tell Prince Henry the truth, but he knew he couldn lie to Prince Henry Osas either as he was the new chief in commander after the late King Hanks Osas death.

”Forgive me to say this my prince, but there is a strange woman that we saw today in this palace and Prince Matthew as seemed to take a liken for her, As her beauty. . ” Timothy shook his head in contemplating if to complete his word as he saw the shock written all over Prince Henry Osas face.

Prince Henry Osas was shocked and at the same time surprised with the news. He asked, ”You mean a woman is with my brother?. ”

”Yes my prince, A beautiful and strange looking woman, ” Timothy replied and Prince Henry Osas smiled ”How strange?, ” he questioned.

”My prince I don know, but she totally looks different from the type of women we have here. ”

”How do you mean, wheres she from?, ” Prince Henry Osas asked and Timothy shook his head.

”I don know my prince, we saw her and next Prince Matthew took her away before we could questioned her. ”

”Hmm.., who allowed her into this palace?, ” Prince Henry Osas questioned.

”I don know my prince, I have no idea about that, ” Timothy replied. Prince Henry Osas walked passed him as he was on the meeting building, where the hall for council meeting was, together with the gym and library.

Prince Henry Osas walked to the exit door and stopped then he questioned Timothy, ”Wheres she now?. ”

”With Prince Mathew Osas, My prince. ”

”WHERE?!. ”

”Going back to the royal building my prince!. ”

Prince Henry Osas stiffened and he stared at Timothy and questioned again, ”Going to the royal building to do what?. ”

Timothy kept mute as he had no idea what Prince Matthew was going there to do with the strange looking woman, and Prince Henry Osas left seeing Timothy doesn have the answer to his question.
