The Witch and The Prince

Queen Rosa Osas couldn stay in the same room with this weird looking beautiful young woman. She glared at the beauty whom stared at her with her golden colored eyes and Queen Rosa Osas taught her blood had run dried as her eyes meet the sharp looking eyes of the woman. She shook her head not waiting for her sons response again and she walked out of the living room, going up the stairs after her son second already left them.

”Easy mother!, ” Prince Matthew Osas said to his mother worriedly as she almost missed her steps on the stairs, taking a quick flights up the stairs. She ignored her sons concerns and went up to the second floor and heave a heavy sighed of relief after leaving the strange womans front.

”But where did she come from?, ” Queen Rosa Osas asked out and Prince Henry Osas whom was in the living room on the second floor replied her, ”I don really know mother, but she looks like a witch, ” Prince Henry Osas said and Queen Rosa Osas stiffened.

”Witch?, ” She asked him questioning, ”Have you seen one before?. ”

Prince Henry Osas whom folded his arm around his chest and rested on the pillar at the center of the living room, replied and told his mother, ”Yes mother, but you cannot see them here. I think shes a pure blooded witch. ”

”Stop it son, what are you saying?, ” Queen Rosa questioned as she got scared and came into the living room. Her two maids and two guards that stood behind the door got scared as they hadn seen a witch before

”Mother is just the obvious or how will you explain her looks?. ”

”No!, You cannot justify your conclusion based on her looks, she might just look different from us, ” Queen Rosa refuted his claims.

”Hmm, mother. I haven seen a pure blooded witch but I have read several historical fact about them, you know about the Jalin and their witches curse that use to broke out every once or two decades. ”

”Yes, where the clouds will change and turn black throughout a day for complete 24hrs, ” Queen Rosa questioned.

”Yes, about that the legends made mention of it as a result of the witches curse, ” Prince Henry Osas replied

”And what has that got to do with her or us?, ” Queen Rosa questioned as she came to take a sit on the long couch.

”She a witch mother and theres no doubt about that. I will have to find a way to get a true fact about her identity, ” Prince Henry Osas said and he turned to leave, ”Good night mother, I hope you have a good night rest, don go thinking about her. ”

”Okay son. ” Queen Rosa watched her son leave the living room and went to his chambers that was on the second floor opposite of hers as prince Matthew had the third floor upstairs all to himself.

Queen Rosa frowned and stood up as she went back to her chamber. She went to lay on her bed but sleep was very far from her eyes as she kept remembering how strange the beautiful young woman looked. She sat up back on bed thinking of how to get rid of the young woman before her son falls in love with her and cause a serious trouble in their council of elders meeting, as Benita Davis as already won the womens contest for her son to marry her. And Benita Davis was also a pure native maiden of their lands.

Queen Rosa Osas shook her head in irritation wondering what she would do to prevent the havoc as she knew once her son falls in love with the strange woman and the people sees her face, they will obviously reject her to be their queen as her true identity was unknown to them.

Queen Rosa Osas finally fell asleep on her bed as she was very tired from the days stress.

Prince Matthew Osas walked Princess Tata Edwards back to the guest room and opened one of the guest room doors for her. ”Am sorry for my mothers and brothers outburst and accusation, ” he said to her as he opened the room door for her to go in.

Princess Tata Edwards first step into the room and her eyes shone brighter gold as she admired the room but Prince Matthew only saw her smile and her eyes looking brighter.

”You like the room?, ” He asked her as he came into the room seeing her admiring the beauty.

”Yes, ” She faintly replied him as she didn want to admit she was a princess, or tell him that the guest room was more beautiful than her room in Jalin. She remembered her mother and a frown settled on her face. Noticing her frowning, Prince Matthew Osas stepped closer to her and asked her as he cupped her face with his palms starling her, ”Whats the problem?. You seem to look sad ”

Princess Tata Edwards quickly stepped away from him and shook her head, no she couldn tell him the truth about her true identity until her brother was coronated and married to her elder sister, else he would send her away and her brother will definitely look for her and fish her out as he was very obsessed about her.

Seeing she wasn responding to his questions, Prince Matthew Osas sighed and shook his head.

”Fine, I will be leaving you here to relax for the night and please don step out of this room or allow anyone into this room once I leave, even though the person is my brother or mother, except me!, ” He told her in a warning tone and she nodded and thanked him, ”Thank you, ” she said as he was leaving. He paused at the door and stared longing for her with his deep black eyes.

Princess Tata Edwards looked away from him as she saw the desires clearly burning in his eyes. He sighed and told her, ”Good night, if you need anything, you let me know once I return tomorrow, if it water, you can get it from the fridge in this room and the tap waters are also running. ” Prince Matthew Osas stepped back into the room closing the door as he went to check if the tap water in the bathroom was running and if there was any available drinking water in the fridge. Confirming there was water to atleast keep herself refreshed. He stepped back to the door and told her, ”Good night, ” then he left.

Princess Tata went and lock the door as soon as he left her alone, she heave a sign of relief, knowing she has finally escaped Jalin and will soon start a new life in Acan kingdom, but then the crown prince, ”Oh! I hope he hasn fallen for me, ” Princess Tata Edwards smiled to herself as she rolled away from the door, to go and test the beautiful pink bedspread on the bed.

The guest room was so beautiful and she loved how feminine and beautiful the guest room looked. As she was about sitting on the bed, she stood up back to strip her black gown as it was already dusty from her long distance travel from Jalin kingdom to Acan. She looked at the huge wall clock that hung on the wall and it was already 10pm. She gasped and swallowed as she stripped off her clothes not expecting the time to have travelled so fast as she left Jalin by too 6pm.

Princess Tata Edwards smiled as she stood up wearing only her lacy pants, just as she kept her clothes folded on the floor, she heard a sharp knock on the door startling her and got scared of whom was knocking.
