the sun set so quickly that I didn have to sleep properly last night well maybe

because I was thinking about many

things. ”I thought of getting to know

the king, seeing the prince mother

and most importantly changing

the silly and oppressing rule that

lady mehem established.

”wake up!!! time to wake up!

my lady!! Nina and sifa sang hitting

bowls together! I used the pillow to block my two ears but Nina won

let me be she still went ahead to tickle me. ”alright you guys won! I said yawning widely! and my tummy gave a great roar.

what? are you hungry my lady? sifa asked. ”of course I am i didn eat my meal last night ” I murmured.

” ohh! I see something is new! Nina said blushing red.

whats new? sifa asked

”you know my lady is adapting to this new life and environment she is becoming to behave like the royal children! Nina said.

”ahahaha!! not at all I laughed so loud and they stood surprised.

” what? I asked they just waved and laughed along.

” royal children are full of pride and are arrogant and spoilt as well. I said wearing my flip flops. I didn just sleep well last night!.

”ohh!! they said smiling cheek to cheek ”.

” well, queen mother said you will be going to the royal school soon! Nina said happily. besides those children are taught to behave that way with pride!.

”my lady the water is fully ready seeing you didn sleep well last night I will give you a thorough body massage.sifa said as I walked into the bathroom.

”when we were done, I got dressed and I walked to the royal hall ”.

everywhere was decorated in purple and gold. the hall is so large that it can occupy three duplex building. I haven seen a hall as big as this. I Walked watching my step I do not know how this people are walking it seems Im different from every other person.but then I thought to myself its better to walk my normal way rather than falling to the ground. I walked slowly and carefully into the hall opposite the entrance is the kings throne I looked straight in curiosity but no one was there I hurriedly walked to a seat near it!

wow! these seats are all made with gold and there is something covered in a diamond bowl placed at the center of the table. I can but only imagine how rich the king must be.

immediatey I turned to leave I saw a pairs of eyes pointing daggers at me.

I quickly made to walk past but she drew me back.

”you should have known that this seat is not made for you! she said pointing at the four seats beside the throne.

”Im very much aware of that! ” I answered simply.

she looked at me with disgust and left.

I turned and left as well. I think its time some people get to have some manners I said with anger sitting down on a shade labelled princess seat I do not know if its actually where I should sit but viewing the hall properly I know Im not at the wrong position.

after sometime,the kings arrival was announced which kept everyone standing untill the king and his Queens have comfortably sat down.

on sitting down someone tapped my shoulders.

”that sit is made for me ” thats princess mehem.

I looked at her in shock at looked at the chair. ”well,your name isn written here!

I said sitting down not minding her.

”please my lady stand up for her this is why the chairs are placed this way everyone will have to sit bu the Side while she sits in the middle. remember ”princess of all princesses ” . sifa said and I ignored.

”I don care anyways let the ceremony begin ”. I said sitting properly.

I watched as the walked towards one of the queens and walked back without saying another word she came and sat beside me giving an unfriendly smile I returned the smile in same manner too.

the king stood up followed by every other person. he gave his speech thanking everyone for attending.

”as we all know,today,is the queen of queens birthday our dearest queen queen Lina the second.he said and everyone applauded.

”ohh! so,she is the queen of all Queens?

”she is also,the prince mother! Nina said.

soothing my shoulders.

”once again thank you for coming meanwhile this is a double celebration…. everyone applauded again.

whats the other celebration? I asked sifa and Nina quickly said.

” listen to the kings speech. ”

”the new queen has arrived! he announced and everyone applauded with Joy looking around.the queen mother smiled looking at my direction I buried my head in shyness. Im I really going to come out here? .

”well… the king continued she will officially be brought to the counsel during the dinner party. he concluded sitting down on his throne.

”ohops!! I looked round seeing all the distinguished ladies and gents seated there with their beautiful faces smiling happily. would I have been able to stand there?. I asked myself suddenly feeling hot.

”Nina! I need to excuse myself! I said to her trying to leave.

”just wait a bit my lady,no one leaves before the king she said at this point the king arouse walking out majestically.

after which the chiefs followed then the queen the princes and every other person.

”what happened my lady? sifa asked giving me a glass of water once we got to the room.

”are you perhaps having stage freight? Nina asked concerned.

” Nina! sifa! I called like a puppy that has lost his owner. ”Im different from everyone there! they all walk with pride do things majestically and walk heads up..they are all…. I said losing word to say anymore.

Nina smiled looking into my eyes. ”how did you walk into there she asked looking at me.with smiling eyes.

”I Walked into there my way! I answered leaning towards the table. I was sitting on my dressing chair facing the mirror.

”yes! Nina! who was that princess mehem went to talk to? I asked Nina.

”ohh its the third queen.queen Tina Nina answered.

”please my lady you have to be very careful with princess mehem she is a badass very dangerous person! ”. Nina adviced in a worry tone and I smiled.

” alright then you may take your leave. I said to them standing to leave as well.

”where are you going to my lady? Nina asked.

” to see the queen! I answered not giving her a second glance I walked out walking through the walls I could hear voices. I don need an interpreter to tell me those people are merrying. I smiled as I passed the queens quarters walking straight into the queen of queens mansion.

”long live my queen! I greeted with my head bowed.

”you are here? she asked surprised.she wasn expecting me anyway.

”well I came to wish my queen.the queen of queens a happy birthday! I said and she turned facing me. I beamed with smile seeing her smile this way towards me really shows Im not bothering her privacy.

”wow! so good of you my child,she said patting my back and I gave her the flower vase filled with flowers.

she inhaled it and smiled. ”you are a darling how did you get it? she asked

before I could say anymore word.. the kings arrival was announced.

”long live your highness the queen greeted with kneeling down and I followed suit.

”rise my queen the king but I remained on my knees not knowing why!

”who is she?the king asked.

” I was bothered hearing that. does the king not recognize me? I thought sadly.

”rise! the king commanded and I rose.

freezed in my spot I realized I didn see the king clearly at the party.

he look younger than his age. an handsome man with the aura of authority and great power he is well built and manly.calm in expression but also possess the aura of great authority.

”long live my king I greeted again not knowing if I have to pay a penalty for visiting the queen at this time.

”bless you! he said observing me clearly.

” I hope my queen likes the present! ”

I said not knowing what to say anymore.

” definitely! see my king! she brought me a present.flowers ! she queen said giving it to the king.

”this flowers! he said and my heart skipped.

” oh! no! too much trouble in one day! the flowers were from the garden! I shouted within what do I do?.

”its a nice present! just like exactly what Im bringing to my queen! ” he said to her and before I could settle my mind he turned to me.

”where did you get the flowers?

” the flowers..was.. oh no! keep quiet and talking smoothly be calm ”. I scolded myself. ” actually I got them from the royal garden! I said not knowing how long I held my breath to say that.

”hmm! did you break into the garden?

” forgive me my king! the garden wasn locked I asked the servant not to lock it so, I got the flowers from there! .

”I see! the king calmly said. the garden should have been left opened after today! and you also,broke the rule!.

”what rule? I asked

” the king should have been the one to open the garden before everyother person could have access to it.she said

”oh! I just answered Im really sorry my king! I do not know. I pleaded.

”there is no problem! you may take your leave he said.

” alright I nodded. ” Im delighted meeting my king today! I Said and dashed out.

”I really don know what I feel whether Im happy or sad! or anxious.anyway Im delighted seeing the king has mad my day.
